SMS Policy

Text messaging, also known as SMS, is one of the methods that Fashion Camp uses to communicate with customers. This information will not be shared. Message frequency varies.

To opt-in for texting services using one of the methods below: (Op-in disclaimers are listed below). All forms of Opt-in is verifying that you understand all terms and rules of Texting Messaging and message and data rates may apply.

-Consent is obtained via a customer-initiated text. The phone number is listed on our website here 714-380-6746. 
-Email consent to info@createdesignsew.com
-Fill out Form in Contact Us here. State in Form that you consent to Text Messaging.
-Verbally. You may tell us in store or over the phone, where we will make record of your verbal consent for Text Messaging.
-At checkout, there is an option to opt in for text messages. Check the box and see the details listed below.

OPT IN DISCLAIMER: A mobile number is required to receive text messages. We are unable to send text messages to landlines, and we are only able to send to one mobile number per customer. By agreeing to receive text messages, you acknowledge that standard text messaging rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Any costs related with receiving a text message are the responsibility of the individual receiving the messages. Check with your cellphone provider for details on receiving text messages. 

  • Your information/data will not be sold or shared 
  • User’s personal info will not be shared or sold to third parties for the purpose of marketing. 
  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve our services. This may include name, email address, etc. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with any third parties. 

How We Use Your Information: 

The information collected is used solely for communicating with the intended party. We do not share your information with external parties for marketing or any other purposes.

Policy Changes:

When you opt-in at check out or in person in store, Fashion Camp will/can send text message notifications for:

  • Registration Confirmations 
  • Class information/Questions
  • Membership Hours
  • Fashion Camp News & Offers
  • General Questions

 

OPT-OUT: To opt out of the texting service using one of the following methods:   

  • Text STOP to unsubscribe from these alerts at any time
    • You will receive a Reply with confirmation that you have unsubscribed AND no further messages will be delivered.

-Contact Fashion Camp to remove the phone number given for text message notifications.
-After receiving a message, text STOP to stop receiving messages. You will receive a confirmation text. To undo this, text START to begin receiving messages again.
